specific terms in an international sales shipment contract, when
will risk of loss pass to the buyer?

(a) Under the Sales Article of the Uniform Commercial
Code and the United Nations Convention for the International
Sale of Goods, generally the risk of loss of the goods sold will pass
to the buyer when the seller delivers goods to the first carrier for
transmission to the buyer. Answers (b), (c), and (d) are incorrect
because these would result in risk of loss to the buyer only if
